Katie Holmes and Suri were spotted arriving at a building. That’s all the information I have: a building, so I don’t know if this was a doctor’s appointment or what. I do think Katie found an interesting way to shield Suri from the paparazzi : hide her behind a giant stuffed animal. Seems to be working, although Katie looks like she has her hands full !
