A U.S. Deputy Marshal (Kate Beckinsale), the only one assigned to the US base in Antarctica, has to investigate a likely murder on the frozen continent, she must also solve the crime within three days due to an incoming storm. She crosses paths with a UN operative (Gabriel Macht), also investigating the possible murder. But whilst searching the frozen tundra they find a body and uncover something far more unusual buried deep in the snow.
That’s all I have been able to learn from wikipedia, the trailers look good, is there anything related to a paranormal activity in this movie and please give me some details about it.

never seen it.. but it sounds good
I actually really enjoyed it and will buy it when it comes out on DVD.
Hell, in the first ten minutes, when she strips down to her nickers and goes into the shower was worth the admission right there.
But the movie is pretty good. No aliens or anything. An old Russian transport plane is smuggling diamonds. Don’t know where but a research team finds them by accident and people start killing off each other to get all of them. A couple really interesting twists and good plot history. Not to mention when you think the movie is almost over the murder solved, there’s still about another half hour that leads to a pretty happy ending.
And lastly, if you enjoy seeing Mother Nature kick some serious ass, it’s pretty cool.
