Well, Lady Gaga was as usual ‘unforgettable’ during the CFDA Awards in New York City last night (June 6). The singer arrived at the event wearing a studded black corset dress designed by Mugler –  a label now helmed by her friend Nicola Formichetti – and paired the outfit with INSANELY high platforms and a turquoise wig. After leaning forward and lifting her arm, the singer had a bit of a wardrobe malfunction when her breast slipped out. Inside the Alice Tully Hall, the 25-year-old experienced another mishap – this time with Vogue editor Anna Wintour . Anna texted Gaga saying she won the award for Fashion Icon however the singer mistook Anna for a friend of hers with the same name and texted back “ Yeah, bitch, we did it. “ Wintour ‘s response? “ How lovely. “ LOL!
