According to the photo agency, Katherine Heigl was spotted going to the animal shelter to volunteer. What on earth could she have been doing to select that outfit? I’m guessing Katherine was doing some type of shoot: either a photo shoot or filming a PSA or something. But speaking of Katherine’s outfit: what do you think of it?
