After the release of so many Batman movies and of course the beloved Batman TV series, the character of Catwoman, and all the Batman villains are obviously still drawing audiences to the movie theatres. Specifically I believe Catwoman is highly appealing to women because they can can identify themselves with the fact that every woman has a side that is really stronger and wilder than what anybody can see at a mere glance, and that this side in all of us can come up to the surface when needed. In Catwoman the myth is supported by the desire to stand out or take a stand for what women believe is right. It comes from deciding to become someone else perhaps to leave a behind a weak character. I thought since superheroes were part of my daily reading during childhood, and since they have spawned such a fantastic stream of new films and stories, that I would pick one of my favorite characters for our next video, that one of course being Catwoman, if only to bring a sprinkle of a fun imagery to our video. ——————————————- The making of our video As we were working and constructing our theatre in Las Vegas, Peter and I decided to do a creative project for our band and to shoot a music video even if a really simple one at that.
