The store that claims Lindsay Lohan stole a $2500 necklace from them has just sold the surveillance video that reportedly shows Lindsay walking out of the store wearing the necklace (without paying for it). Apparently, neither the prosecution nor the defense is happy about this development. “ Neither side wanted it released ,” a well-placed source tells [Radar Online]. “Neither side sanctioned this sale.” TMZ reports that this brings the jeweler’s credibility into question : could the jeweler be pressing charges merely to get attention and make the video valuable?
