Former ’90210′ star Ian Ziering and his wife Erin welcomed their first child together, a baby girl! Mia Loren Ziering was born last night and weighed in at 7lbs., 6oz. He shared on his Facebook page : “Well, it’s official, I’m a dad!. As I sit holding Mia, Erin sleeps the most beautiful sleep. Have you been watching the new season of ‘American Idol’? Apparently, one of the new judges , Jennifer Lopez , has been flirting with one of the contestants, Stefano Langone , according to E! News. E! News described it as : It’s innocent. It’s fun. Some would even say it’s healthy. Apparently, a couple of audience members in last night’s show disagreed. …two ladies up above the stage yelled down to Jennifer, “You’re married!” and pointed out her husband Marc Anthony in the audience right after she and Stefano exchanged words (and more flirty looks). LOL! I’m guessing there’s nothing to it: I don’t think a sneaky cheating person would give it away by flirting right in front of their spouse . Jennifer even has her kids on set . ‘ Dancing with the Stars ‘ judge Carrie Ann Inaba is a multi-talented dancer who has worked with Madonna and Jennifer Lopez and was even a pop-star in Japan in the late 80′s. She dishes with Prevention magazine in their April issue about her healthy lifestyle, being legally blind, and her thoughts on plastic surgery. On her workout: “I do a one-hour workout called Drenched, a cardio-boxing fitness routine, Monday through Friday. There are usually between twenty-five and fifty people there—everyone from stay-at-home moms and professional martial artists to teenagers and seniors. They play great dance music. When I can, I take two classes back-to-back.” Carrie Ann’s opinion on the pressure to be skinny: “I’ve never been supercritical about my body. But I’m an overachiever/ whenever I went to an audition, I thought, I was a Fly Girl. I need to be better than they expect. That was my driving force. But maybe I pushed a little too hard instead of feeling proud of who I am.” On her eating habits: “I’m lucky. I love fresh fruit and vegetables. I’m not a strict dieter. I don’t think that anything in life should be so regimented that you’re not having fun or can’t enjoy like everybody else. Just know that fresh food is always going to be better for you.” Her guilty pleasure foods: “Nachos with cheese. During that first couple of years of Dancing with the Stars, I would go to Jack in the Box in my ball gown after the shows and get the Taco Nachos with cheese as my reward.” Would she consider plastic surgery: “No. Part of a person’s beauty is her imperfections. I have this firm belief that I am who I am for a reason.” On her spinal stenosis: “I think that the initial injury happened when I was eight. I was taking gymnastics and did a front handspring off the balance beam, landing on my head. But my doctor said stenosis usually develops in the dancers and football players because they often whip their heads around. I am LOVING the outfit Jennifer Lopez wore while visiting ‘ The Ellen DeGeneres Show ‘. The episode airs today, but I have a few quotes to get you started. Jen joked about the competition between her and Ryan Seacrest , talks about shooting the GUCCI ad with her kids and reveals if more babies are in the future for her and husband, Marc Anthony ! On Ryan Seacrest… Ellen: The thing that I’m hearing is that Ryan…I guess there’s a competition of who’s a bigger diva, you or Ryan. Jennifer: He definitely has so many more shoes than me. I mean, I’m telling you. It’s crazy. We always have jokes like that because from the very beginning, as soon as everybody knew I was doing the show, it was like we didn’t get along. You know, Ryan is my friend. He’s a friend of mine and Marc’s for like years now. And so it was funny they picked the two of us but it’s fine. We just laugh about it. Everybody knows he has a bigger entourage than I do. It’s no secret in the business. On the GUCCI ad… Ellen: Why did you decide to do it [the Gucci ad] with them? Did they ask to start modeling? Jennifer: They’re like, “Mom, hello! Hair and make up!” No. Actually Frida Giannini from Gucci said she was going to launch the Gucci’s kids line and they were going to do it in conjunction with a big donation and they were going to do it with UNICEF and would we do it. It was kind of weird because Marc didn’t really want to put the babies in an ad or anything like that. And I was just like, if they do it, I’d want to do it with my kids because it is for the kids. That’s the connection. That’s what makes it real. We don’t really parade them around like that so it was for a good cause. Will Jennifer husband Marc Anthony have more kids…. We’re just a few weeks away from the premiere of ‘American Idol’s’ 10th season. Ryan Seacrest , Randy Jackson , and Jennifer Lopez share that it’s different without Simon and there’s a completely new feel to the show. Randy shared that everyone wants to know who the “new” Simon is: “we definitely miss [Cowell], but it’s a different kind of vibe. It’s a different energy now. It’s not about replacing [Cowell] or any of the others. People have been saying to us, ‘Who’s mean?’ We’ve traded off on that because I think you have to always give people the truth, no matter what.” Jennifer says it’s more of a group effort now: “We’re more of a collaborative judging group. We’re always leaning over to each other and saying, ‘Oh my God, I think she’s good.’ ‘Or, I don’t get it.’ ‘You don’t like it?’ ” she tells the magazine. “We just have a totally different style than any of the past judging tables.” Ryan adds: It’s going to be an all new show,” Seacrest says. The new teammates held a press conference at the Nokia Plaza in L.A. this afternoon. Jennifer worked with the group this summer as well when she was part of their “Be Extraordinary” campaign with her very own billboard . Jennifer is having an exciting year. The new season of American Idol is underway (at least in the audition process anyway) and this year is going to be quite different. Since Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler are joining the judging panel we’re left to wonder who will be the new ‘ Simon ’ and who will be the new ‘ Paula ’. Well according to Jennifer herself, she plans on being ‘tough’ but ‘fair’! “I really want to put them through the wringer in the sense that I don’t want to let anybody really great go because they’re nervous or whatever and not get to see what they could’ve been. “We working with them a little more than maybe you’ve seen in the past. We give them more of a chance.” I wasn’t sure about how I would like Jennifer Lopez as a judge when I first heard the news, but I think she’ll be pretty good.
