Taylor started out as the face when the line launched in August, but on January 11th, Lourdes posted on the site that they were searching for a new face – and they found one fast! The company’s rep confirmed: “Material Girl is thrilled to confirm that Kelly Osbourne is the new face for 2011! We will be sharing all the details on this exciting new campaign in the upcoming weeks, Another source shared : “Kelly’s always been a massive fan of Madonna and recently heard Lourdes idolized her, which she was very flattered by. It’s a huge coup.” I wonder if this was always the way it was meant to play out or if Taylor couldn’t fit it in her schedule any longer or was she asked to bow out?
