After seeing Bridesmaids this summer, I now have a new favorite comedian in Melissa McCarthy . The hysterical star of the flick and CBS’s quirky comedy Mike and Molly always knows how to make her audience crack up with a smile. Although it was Melissa who was grinning from ear to ear when she was spotted out in LA on July 11. The vibrant brunette was seen grabbing a bite to eat with her pal Michael James McDonald at Beverly Hills eatery, The Farm. Emma Watson shared on her website that she’s taking some time off from Brown University due to her upcoming crazy schedule for “ Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part II ” and a few other projects she’s lining up. “ As you know , I love Brown and I love studying pretty much more than anything. But recently I’ve had so much to juggle that being a student AND fulfilling my other commitments has become a little impossible. I’ve decided to take a bit of time off to completely finish my work on Harry Potter (the last one comes out this summer) and to focus on my other professional and acting projects. I will still be working towards my degree … it’s just going to take me a semester or two longer than I thought : ). Hope you are all well! Thank you for all your continuing support. Emma xx.” I’m sure it was a tough decision for her, as she’s often talked about how much she has loved the college experience , but I’m sure the Harry Potter agenda is going to be INSANE. It’s hectic enough for Emma, Daniel Radcliffe , and Rupert Grint when a new movie is about to be released, but considering the fact that this is the LAST film, I’m sure it’ll be 200x more demanding time-wise. Kate Hudson , due with baby number two this summer, says it was difficult to keep the secret from her friends. She shares what she really wanted to say to them: “I’m pregnant, and I’m really sick. But I couldn’t say that because you really want to keep it as quiet as you can for the first trimester.” She says that her friends had no idea she was expecting : “My friends all thought I was depressed because I wouldn’t leave the house,” she says. “But I didn’t want anyone to know for a long time. I was just hoping that all of a sudden, I could show up somewhere with a big belly. But, of course, you’re somewhere in LA, and somebody says something, and it ends up somewhere.” Kate is already dealing with “baby brain”: “I babble a lot.
