It looks like things might be settling down in the nasty custody battle between Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry , according to Radar Online . Gabriel has reportedly dropped his case against Halle as the two have worked out an agreement in private. A source shared: “I think both sides realized how out of hand things had gotten recently,” an insider tells Radar. “They both love their daughter and want to make sure her welfare comes first. Gabriel and Halle have spoken to each other and have committed to try and make things work, without the courts — Gabe’s decision to drop his case is his way of showing Halle he’s prepared to take a leap of faith and trust her once again.” According to TMZ , the two are in court right now, so maybe this report is true. We’ll keep you posted. I hope for all of their sakes that they’ve worked out their issues. It’s sad how out of hand it had already become , but better late than never, right? UPDATE: Gabriel and Halle just left court . The judge ruled that Halle could travel to NYC with Nahla, which is what today’s hearing was about. Halle is going to take part in “New Year’s Eve”, but as a different character than originally planned.
